Having already collaborated with Pokémon earlier in the year, FILA is now back with its adorablenya collection. Now the brand sportswear uses sneakers Court Deluxe Low-Top models with cute details
These adorable Pokémon shoes launched in South Korea today, Feb. 9. There are six styles in total, featuring designs inspired by Jigglypuff, Charmander, Bulbasaur and Squirtle, plus two unique designs for fan-favorite, Pikachu.
While the shoes will only be available to purchase in stores in South Korea, they‘re also featured in FILA Korea‘s online store. Each pair of shoes retails for 39,000 Won, or about $36.
In trying to buy a pair for ourselves, we ran into a couple of issues. First, the language barrier was a problem. Secondly, we couldn‘t find a way to include U.S. telephone numbers or addresses in the shipping info, so we couldn‘t complete the checkout process. So sad!
Although other Pokémon characters such as Charmander, Squirtle, Bulbasaur, Jigglypuff appear in the previous collection, well if this collection only show Pikachu. Others are portrayed in pastel colors that resemble other Pokémon types, such as fire (Charmander), Water (Squirtle), Grass and Poison (Bulbasaur), and Normal and Fairy (Jigglypuff). The interior also reflects each colorway. Finish off of this shoe is Velcro fastening material that can be adjusted with foot wearer shoes. Make nostalgia ya girls!
